The Detail Differenc® Fixes chips in sinks, both porcelain and fiberglass, burns or knife cuts in Laminate, cracks in tile, a gouge in furniture, tears in vinyl or leather upholstry and on and on. It is the idea of making a small unsightly damage surface area disappear. There is a significant cost difference between repairing a small gouge in an otherwise good vinyl floor or a chip in a sink without having to replace the entire item. The in-house maintenance staff replace things, and at a much higher cost. Often what happens is a perfectly good counter or sink or whatever gets a small, unsightly defect that spoils the aesthetic beauty, management is then faced with replacing the whole surface or trying to repair it. Often, the only repair option is to be performed by inhouse staff and most commonly leaving a less than desired result. This is where The Detail Differenc® comes in repairing the damage at a tiny fraction of the cost of replacement and done so well nobody would ever know. It really seams like magic but it is knowledge and skill that the in-house staff simply do not have. We used The Detail Differenc® to fix tubs, sinks, counters, furniture, cabinets, etc at our hotel to almost new condition. We spent $10,000 or more in doing it where replacement costs would likely have been in excess of $100,000 not to mention the lost time/rent revenue due to a much more time consuming process.

I have been using The Detail Difference since early 2003 when, as a Construction Superintendent for apartment projects, I needed a reliable, cost effective option for repairing construction damage to tubs, high-pressure laminate and vinyl flooring. Due to the quality and timeliness of their work, I have been able to recommend them with confidence to other builders. The other superintendents must have the same experience as I have since The Detail Difference has done work on all the apartment projects that we manage, and our housing developments in Liberty Lake, Post Falls, Coeur d’ Alene and Spokane. The houses in these developments range from $150,000 to $600,000.
I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone who needs surfaces repaired. One aspect I appreciate is the honesty with which they approach a problem. If the damage is such that they cannot make a proper repair, they will inform you. This is one of the reasons why they are my first call for surface repairs. Another reason is the variety of surfaces that they can repair. I have mentioned a few, but I know that they can also repair hardwood, and other surfaces.
Probably the ultimate compliment I can make is that, regardless of the surface or the type of damage, if they have said that they can repair it, no homeowner, apartment manager or temant has been able to determine that any surface was repaired.
